For the newer board members--

Last month, I posted that I was swearing off e-bay until after Christmas, for 2 reasons; (1) I'd been spending too much time and money there lately, and (2) I wanted my DH to be able to bid on AG stuff for my b-day and Christmas without my getting wind of it and spoiling any surprise [img]smile.gif[/img] .

To my surprise, I was immediately supported and joined by several other board members, and we informally formed an "Ebayer Anonymous" club (or something like that). Someone said we should post on our "progress" each week to keep up our willpower, etc. I've replied on a couple of posts, but not started my own yet, so here I am.

Now that everyone's up to speed on what I'm talking about, here MY "progress report"--

I've been quite successful so far on not doing any searches or browsing--nothing on my watch list, and certainly NO BIDDING. It turns out that cold turkey is the best way to go.
HOWEVER, I listed 2 dolls last week, and I have been logging on to My Ebay to check their progess, limiting myself to ONLY my selling list. (One is a white-bodied Molly, and one a short-haired blonde AGT in the skating dress--PM me for auction #'s if you're interested [img]wink.gif[/img] )

One reason I'm so strong is that my "willpower" gets a boost from the fact that my DH and I share a Paypal account--I couldn't buy anything without his knowing!! [img]eek.gif[/img] [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

But so far, I'm doing well, though the time does seem to be starting to drag a bit.
So, how is everyone else doing? Any confessions to make, triumphs to share? Am I the only one left?
